Could Lady Gaga’s House of Gucci win her the Oscars?
FOX’s Lilian Woo reports in this week’s “Housecall for Health”:
I’m Lilian Woo.
It has all the makings of a blockbuster movie.
Story of singer with a heart of gold and a host of famous friends, wins the Golden Globe for best actress in a miniseries, performs a scene from House of Cards’ Sally Field and hugs Meryl Streep.
Playing her would be difficult. Add to that, a one o’clock plane to Romania to replace Lady Gaga’s grandfather, who passed away last month.
Filming for the film begins in November.
But there’s a catch: Lady Gaga – who owes much of her success to the Academy, is not considered eligible for an Oscar.
But some big name stars including Amy Adams, Brie Larson and Cate Blanchett won their Oscars at the earliest opportunity.
